I have not read a book yet but by its book review it sounds interesting and I will be able to share it with my sixteen year old who loves to read.

I finished this book in 5 days. Long one for me, but I loved it. The story is about a young, ordinary looking princess who, with the help of her friend Demitrius unlocks a secret library in her castle and discovers the 13th god of their world - a mean spirit named Nybas. Violet and the rest of the kingdom and surrounding neighbors become spell bound by the evil god. Violet ends up making a deal to trade her oriniary looks for what she thinks a beautiful princess should be. In the end she discovers love and help from a dragon and small never before seen people to defeat the evil god and unlock the world around them. Love it!
