It is funny and has a few mysteries tucked inside. It gets tense at some moments. It also (its not as good as Harry Potter) is kind of like Harry Potter. in Harry Potter your more connected to the people in the book, you have feelings for them.

I loved reading Magyk! It was such a good book. I am reading the second one and it is pretty good so far. I really liked the part(s) where first the mean Apprentice says that he is Septimus Heap and then they find out that Boy 412 is Septimus. I did not like the part where DomDaniel(he has such a weird name I think) pretends that he is the boy. I thought, wait, I know that that part was a little creepy.

Magikal and darke, this book really pulls readers into the book itself! Actually, if Septimus was real, I might have had a small crush on him. Well, just kidding! :) I prefer Spit Fyre better.

He is real!

this book is awsome

i can't wait to read this book. it sounds super good

neither can i! i hope we get it soon so I can start reading.

I've read the first couple pages and its really good

I need to read this book for book club and will be getting it very soon. I can't wait to read it! It seemed like a really easy reading book, but then there is 640 pages! Not our usual book club book, but that's why we chose it, to reward us girls after reading non-fiction books for like 3 months(3 times). I am excited to read it!

:)

I read this book and it was really good. It is about a the seventh son of a seventh son, Septimus Heap, and an infant princess... both proclaimed dead on the same night - the night they were born. The Heap family is devastated, but the father finds an infant girl and they name her Jenna - but they all wonder - what happened to Septimus?

Find out in this wonderful tale(even though I already told you what happened in my book review)!

This book starts of in the woods then rambling. Silas found a baby in the snow with violet eyes in the snow!

i've read all of those books and they r really good

I loved this book and all of the fantasy, magic, adventure, and mystery. I especially love the Boggart and how he talks so wierdly.
